Yesterday, Mel Garber, F.ASCE, FIStructE, FSLIE, NOMA, WEDG, Director of Buildings, attended NYCHA’s Modernize Together event, a one-day strategic briefing focused on the future of capital investment and modernization across New York City Housing Authority properties.
