There’s something to be said about being in the room when big conversations are happening—and this month, Landry Philémy - PE, WEDG made sure Gedeon GRC had a seat at the table.
Landry attended the CMAA Metro NY/NJ Chapter event, “AI – A Critical Approach at a Critical Time,” held at Club 101 in New York City. The evening brought together industry professionals and public agency leaders to talk about how artificial intelligence is starting to shape the way we plan, manage, and deliver projects.
From emerging tools to real-world applications, the discussion offered a look into where the industry is headed—and how technology is beginning to influence everything from project controls to decision-making on complex infrastructure work.
Beyond the panel, the event was also a great opportunity to connect. Landry spent time catching up with Subhash Tuladhar, Associate Commissioner of Project Controls at the NYC Department of Design and Construction, exchanging insights on innovation, project delivery, and what’s next for the built environment.
It’s moments like these—listening, sharing ideas, and building relationships—that keep us plugged into what’s happening across the industry and help us bring fresh thinking back to our projects and teams.
