On December 4, 2025, Gedeon GRC Consulting was represented by Angelica Augustyniak and Mel Garber CSEng, F.ASCE, FIStructE, FSLIE, NOMA at the New York City Economic Development Corporation Waterfront Pathways Convening.

This session brought together leaders, partners, and alumni to:

• Review the major accomplishments of 2025 and measurable progress across the Pathways community.
• Spotlight transformative projects like the Brooklyn Marine Terminal REFI, coastal resiliency initiatives, and emerging procurement opportunities in maritime engineering.
• Share success stories from Fellows and Alumni, highlighting how collaboration and mentorship are expanding contracting opportunities and building lasting professional partnerships.
• Announce a new Fellowship Program designed to broaden participation and create new on-ramps to waterfront and maritime projects citywide.
• Preview the 2026 strategic roadmap, including key initiatives for Climate Week, enhanced data tracking, and expanded partner engagement.
