Gedeon GRC Consulting's Robotics Department recently spent an exciting week with students from H.A.R.T. (Health, Arts, Robotics and Technology) High School, providing an immersive introduction to the technologies reshaping today's engineering industry.
Throughout the program, students gained hands-on exposure to drones, robotics, and the innovative tools engineers use to inspect, assess, and maintain critical infrastructure. Team members shared the fundamentals of drone flight, demonstrated inspection technologies, and walked students through real-world engineering applications and project workflows.
By connecting classroom concepts to practical field applications, students were able to see firsthand how emerging technologies are helping solve complex challenges across transportation, infrastructure, and the built environment. The experience offered valuable insight into the growing role of robotics and automation in engineering while highlighting the diverse career opportunities available within the industry.
At Gedeon, we believe that investing in students today helps build the innovators, problem-solvers, and industry leaders of tomorrow. Our partnership with H.A.R.T. High School reflects our commitment to supporting STEM education and creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and career exploration.
We are proud to collaborate with educators and students who are passionate about technology and innovation, and we look forward to continuing to support programs that help prepare the next generation for success.
