We were honored to have Mel Garber, CSEng, F.ASCE, FIStructE, FSLIE, Director of Building, attend the 16th Annual Circle of Achievement Awards Gala hosted by the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey (AACCNJ)—New Jersey’s premier Black History Month event.
